How often will my hay arrive?
Your hay will arrive at your door, either once every two weeks or once per month, it is up to you.
Is there a discount for subscribing to regular orders?
Yes, you will save 10% off each Little Hay Co. order when you subscribe to regular orders. We all know how much rabbits and guinea pigs eat, so your savings will quickly add up.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Just log in to your customer account to make any changes required. You can pause or cancel your subscription or swap the product. You can also click to skip your next order if you’re not ready for it.
What payment options are there?
We accept all major payment providers including Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
How do I know when my next hay delivery will arrive?
You can either log into your customer account on our website or look for the Next Order Date on your email notifications from Little Hay Co.
What if I’m unhappy with my order?
We are confident your bunny or guinea pig will love our hay. If, for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, please email us and we will do verything we can to help solve the problem.
