Subscription FAQ's

How often will my hay arrive?
You set the intervals, 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks. If you would like a longer wait between orders, place your subscription order then go into the subscription page to manage it and change the interval to suit your needs.

Is there a discount for subscribing to regular orders?
Yes, you will save 25% on your first order and 10% off each subsequent order. We all know how much rabbits and guinea pigs eat, so your savings will quickly add up.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Just log in to your customer account to make any changes required. You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription. You can even add items for your next order as "one offs" and you still get a discount applied.

What payment options are there?
We accept all major payment providers including Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

How do I know when my next hay delivery will arrive?
You can either log into your customer account on our website or look for the Next Order Date on your email notifications from Little Hay Co.

What if I’m unhappy with my order?
We are confident your bunny or guinea pig will love our hay. If, for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, please email us and we will do everything we can to help solve the problem.

Packaging FAQs

How will my Hay be packed?

Boxes - Our boxed items are entirely plastic free, your hay will be weighed hand packed on the day it is due to leave us into our double walled boxes.

Bales - Bales have been compressed and dust extracted into LDPE plastic which is made from 30% recycled materials and is fully recyclable. They will then be put into postal bags or added into the top of boxes if they are part of a larger order.

Treats - Treats will be put within a postal bag with hay as padding or a box if ordered on their own. If they are ordered as part of larger orders they will be in the bigger box so human foraging might be required.

If you have multiple items we will do our best to keep the order to one parcel. Our 10kg and 5kg boxes have plenty of space for extra products to save postage and packaging.
