Our Sample Boxes are the perfect way to try a new hay before committing to a larger quantity. Each box contains approximately 100g of freshly grown, hand packed hay straight from Worton Grounds Farm.

Did you know that rabbits and guinea pigs naturally eat a wide variety of grasses and plants in the wild? Most domestic pets are fed just one type of hay, but offering a range of varieties is one of the best things you can do for their health and happiness. Different hays provide different nutrients, textures and flavours, encouraging natural foraging behaviour and keeping mealtimes interesting, especially for fussy eaters.

A sample box is ideal if:

• Your pet has never tried a particular hay before and you want to see if they like it
• You want to introduce more variety into their daily feeding routine
• You have a fussy eater who needs a little convincing
• You simply want to find their firm favourite before ordering in bulk

We always recommend feeding a mix of hay types to support a balanced diet. Try pairing Timothy with Cotswold Sweet, or introduce Oat Hay as a tasty change of pace. Your pet's perfect combination might just be a sample box away.

When ordering a 5kg or 10kg eco box please ensure you have a dry/sheltered 'safe place' if you are not able to be home for your delivery.
