Donate Canadian Timothy Hay to Animal Rescues & Sanctuaries

Our Canadian Timothy Hay is a premium, high-fibre hay imported directly from Canada, making it an excellent donation choice for sanctuaries looking to offer their rescued animals a varied and nutritionally rich hay rotation. Its coarser, drier texture and long strands with fuller, rougher flower heads make it particularly well suited to supporting healthy digestion and natural dental wear in rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and other small animals in your care.

Canadian Timothy is green, fragrant and highly palatable, and works brilliantly alongside softer varieties such as Cotswold Sweet or Silky Soft to provide a balanced and varied diet, which is especially important for rescued animals rebuilding healthy eating habits.

Thanks to the incredible success of our Christmas Rescue Box Appeal in 2023, we were able to support so many rescues in need. Sadly, many of our favourite rescues are still struggling with rising costs, so we've relaunched our Rescue Box Appeal to help provide hay, forage, and essentials to the animals who need it most.

We've selected a few partner rescues to support, and these will rotate throughout the year, ensuring more rescues benefit from your generosity.

💡 If you add other products to your basket, those items will be shipped to your own address unless you let us know in your order notes that they should also be sent to the rescue.

Please note that Canadian Timothy is double compressed during importation. Whilst we carefully select the best quality at the point of packing, some shatter during transportation is a natural characteristic of this variety and is to be expected.

Delivery is £4.95 and sent with DPD on a next day trackable service.

When ordering a 5kg or 10kg eco box please ensure you have a dry/sheltered 'safe place' if you are not able to be home for your delivery.
