Rescue Box Appeal – Support Animals in Need

Pure Timothy Hay is one of the most widely recommended hays for rescued small animals, making it an ideal donation for sanctuaries caring for rabbits, guinea pigs and other herbivores with a variety of dietary needs.

Thanks to the incredible success of our Christmas Rescue Box Appeal in 2023, we were able to support so many rescues in need. Sadly, many of our favourite rescues are still struggling with rising costs, so we've relaunched our Rescue Box Appeal to help provide hay, forage, and essentials to the animals who need it most.

We've selected a few partner rescues to support, and these will rotate throughout the year, ensuring more rescues benefit from your generosity.

💡 If you add other products to your basket, those items will be shipped to your own address unless you let us know in your order notes that they should also be sent to the rescue.

Barn dried using our specialist drying system, our Pure Timothy is 100% Timothy grass, preserving its natural green colour, fragrance and nutritional value. It is high in fibre and low in calcium, making it suitable as a daily feeding hay for animals across all life stages beyond six months. The long, coarse first cut strands support natural dental wear and healthy gut function, both of which are critical for animals arriving in rescue that may have had a poor or inconsistent diet. Its broad palatability also makes it a reliable choice for sanctuaries managing a mix of species and individual feeding preferences.
