Cotswold Sweet Hay with added Plantain combines our sweet, high fibre hay with nutrient-rich plantain, grown at our farm in the Cotswolds. This season, due to the hot, dry conditions, we've grown the hay and plantain separately and hand blend them in our packing barn at a ratio of roughly 60% hay to 40% plantain, this protects the crop and lets us maintain a consistent blend even when the weather makes growing them together unreliable.

As with all our hay, we don't use chemicals, so appearance can vary batch to batch depending on the season, colour, strand length and texture will change naturally throughout the year. You may also notice plantain stems and seed heads within the mix, this is a normal part of the plant which adds enrichment for your pet.

High in dietary fibre, this blend supports healthy digestion, while the plantain encourages natural foraging behaviour for mental stimulation and enrichment.

Please note when ordering boxed hay that you have a dry, safe place if you are not able to be home for your delivery.

Our packaging has been sourced with the environment in mind. All of our boxes are fully recyclable, our bales are produced from recycled plastic and can be recycled after use.

When ordering a 5kg or 10kg eco box please ensure you have a dry/sheltered 'safe place' if you are not able to be home for your delivery.
